Just to let you know I have logged a fault with Spark already and this is int he process of investigation.
I have Fibre Max and notice my download speed fluctuates wildly from 850 down to 200mbps.
I have tried various routers, various devices, various leads but nothing seems to make a difference.
The tests were run by devices hardwired to the router with minimal wireless devices in use.;
I realise minor fluctuations are possible with increased internet traffic in the evenings but would I still see such a drop. We are located approx 2-3KM from Auckland exchange, so I am keen to know if you guys have any suggestions of what I can do here whilst Chorus do their investigation - I think I have exhausted all options but open to suggestions.
