Hi Guys,

I had 4 personal voice messages on my Spark mobile that I would carefully re-save every time I got a new voice message.

I guess it's been a long time since I last got a new voice message. Today I checked a new voice message then deleted it. Usually after it would say "you have 4 saved messages" - but today it said "you have 1 saved message". I listened to the message and it was the latest of the 4 messages I had saved.

I think that the other 3 messages had expired, because I had not logged on soon enough to re-save them again.

It's really sad, as these messages have emotional value for me. Is there anyway I can recover these 3 missing messages?

To be clear I didn't delete them (i.e. I didn't press "3"), they were just gone. Any help would be really appreciated.

Thanks

There is a possibility of getting the back however it may cost to do so. You can also get them exported and burnt onto a CD (at a cost) but if they have emotional value then this could be worth it for you.

Been a hetic day today so bit slow off the mark on this one;

I don't work mobile at all, so had to do a bit of digging.

There is possibly a team that may possibly be able to look at this, but more than likely they have expired and since been deleted off the system.

@OP

I'll DM a number for you give a try, no promises though sorry!...
