Hello folks I have a question I have sparks max fiber but when i check my speed on sparks server I get 800 to 900 download.

 

but if I use voderfone or 2 degrees or any other severs my speed is much much slower

 

is this normal if not any ideas why

That is 100% normal as less bottle necks with traffic staying on the home network

Yes that's entirely reasonable and shows your connection is working 100%

 

Your speedtest to Spark stays on their network so shows perfect real world speeds. Your other test is off network, probably going via Auckland (based on ping) and then connecting back to Christchurch via a national interconnect.
