I have tried over the last few days to add an alias email address to my xtra account, but after completing the online procedure, there is a message that says "this service is currently down, please try again later"

There was another user on this forum back in July this year who asked the same question but he never got a reply back..

Is this service available or has it been scrapped..

Thanks..

What was Spark's response?

Keep calm, and carry on posting.
