I cant see the answer on their web pages although no doubt its there somewhere............

Is there a limit on the data rollover?

Does it last for 12 months like 2Degrees?

Does ALL data rollover? ie if I had data from the current 4 week term as well as data that had rolled over from the previous term, would it all roll over again?

Thanks.

Rollover Data only applies to the included data on the $16, $26, and $46 Skinny Mobile Combos and the $35, $50 & $65 Skinny Direct Plans.

Data in any Add-On with one of these Combos or Plans does not rollover.

If you have any unused included data on your Combo or Plan renewal date, it will rollover provided your Combo or Plan auto-renews.

If you move to another eligible Combo or Plan your Rollover Data remains valid. However, if you move to a non-eligible Combo or Plan, or if your eligible Combo or Plan failed to renew at the end of its cycle, your Rollover Data will be frozen.

You can continue using your Rollover Data if you activate an eligible Combo or Plan.

You can keep and use any Rollover Data for 12 months from the date of original purchase. Rollover Data is for data usage in NZ only.

Thanks for your reply but it doesnt quite answer my question.

Lets say I am on the $16 plan and at the end of the term I have used 1/2Gb data so 1/2Gb rolls over, starting the new term with 1Gb new data and 1/2GB of rolled-over data.

If I use no data in that term, what will roll over at the end, 1GB or 1.5Gb?

Thanks.

It will all roll over - 1.5GB

I so want to say that it all rolls over until one falls out, but won't!

Can you also explain the sequence that data is used in? From plan, rollover and free/bonus?

Thanks.

Bonus Data first, then NZ Data (eg from Add-ons) and then Rollover Data.

If you have multiple allocations of the same data, e.g. NZ Data from a combo and from add-ons, the data with the earliest expiry date is used first.

From my experience, bonus data gets used first, rollover data available for 12months if you have eligible plan active. It's a sweet setup.
