Having issues signing up because of my address understand that is not bigpipes fault, but keep going round in circles with different support agents.
Hopefully someone can see this and point the job in the right direction.

Are you in a fibre area, wanting fibre and bigpipe are saying its N/A?
Who are the fibre lines company for the area (i.e. the people who put the fibre in the ground).
