Having issues signing up because of my address understand that is not bigpipes fault, but keep going round in circles with different support agents.
Hopefully someone can see this and point the job in the right direction.

Are you in a fibre area, wanting fibre and bigpipe are saying its N/A?

 

Who are the fibre lines company for the area (i.e. the people who put the fibre in the ground).

Just a simple case of my address not being in the chorus database, all the information has been supplied just getting different agents asking the same questions.
Just annoying as I was hopeful bigpipe would be the easy part as I know chorus will kick up a fuss.

Happy with email support but it just breaks down when there is a 12-16hr wait to get the same question
