Hi there,

Apologise if this has been answered anywhere.

I'm going to be moving into a brand new build in Tawa (Chorus is LFC) and fibre has been run to the building already and I believe the ETP is already installed. For the installation of the connection I have it designed so the Chorus Tech will need to only drill through the wall and put the ONT on the other side (power point is already there).

Will I likely need separate scoping and install visits or given that it is just an ONT install can that be done in one visit?

Cheers

from my understanding it all depends if it is that simple and if the tech has time when scoping to just do it.

I am currently getting Fibre installed and had to change the date for the scope and the chorus guy said if its straight forward install he can do the scope and install all at the same time.

This is in Lower Hutt
