Any comments made are personal opinion and do not reflect directly on the position my current or past employers may have.
You probably have exceeded the data cap, but the usage meter is not always real time, there is a delay, it will take time to catch up. Then you get cut off ('till next month).
Are you a Prepay or postpay customer? Either should do real time counting this 2 hour delay in updating should no longer happen in any Telco

AidanP: I am a prepay customer. There is only a 3min delay as I did a test uploading a 5mb file to google drive and my data allowance was updated within minutes
