the firmware update pages for spark routers have gone ?

is it not possible for users to update any more ?

the last one i saw was from may 2017.

why don't these routers have a simple check for updates button that other brands like netgear use ?

Looks like its a temporary removal from their website, I am after a copy of the latest firmware myself.

I need a copy of the latest firmware too. I had an online chat session with Spark, which they redirected to the appropriate team, but they were no help either.
