I have my personal accounts on Telecom Your Telecom service and have been using for a few months now. Today I can't login and it says the account doesn't exist.

Is anyone else having the same problems?

No, not today - it was last week, received the email and paid on-line.

I need to check my account number but can't access the service. It's ok to access my business account though.

Ok, so it looks it's only "Your Telecom" and only my account?

Arghh. Have to call them tomorrow.

It is working again for me now.

Obviously the message Telecom's systems are sending out shouldn't be "you entered an incorrect password" or "your user name doesn't exist".

They should have better checks in place and send out something like "Sorry we can't check your user name or password now. Nothing wrong with you, it is just our systems having a small problem"

I have calltracking in place but it hasnt worked for the last few days, it now allow direct dialling(tolls) without pins.Contacted Telecom they told me I had disconnected on Sunday. Told them I wanted it restored and they had all the details including mail they had sent within the last month of changed details.  They claim they dont keep records.  I have never heard so much BS Intend to change phone and broadband.
