Looking at my stats I am on a 17A profile with 70/30Mb/s attainable.

I previously would attain 60Mb/s or higher throughput when downloading. I typically can't exceed 35Mb/s any more, even using Spark's speed test servers.

Usual disclaimers: -all results are using wired Ethernet, router/firewall is capable of sustaining 100MB/s plus. Gear hasn't been changed since the 'good old days' when I initially set it up with BigPipe.

Anyone else seeing similar? The speeds are very reliable, with real world performance lining up with synthetic speed test results.

OK, it would seem my issues are time of day related, I usually don't download or speed test this early in the day. It is giving me 66/26 now which is what I would have expected.

I may gather more information in a less anecdotal manner from here on in.

Border router may drop icmp.

@ipv6pipe would be able to confirm.
