Hi,

The Skinny Applic just sits on loading with the circle going around.

I’ve forced closed applic and also restarted phone, same result.

Logging in through web page is working fine though.

Edit: now it has looks like issue with your internet connection, but as I can post here internet connection is fine.

Have you removed the App and installed it again?

Yes, did that with same result.

Entered phone number into Applic, received text code, entered text code into Applic and then same thing happened again.

Just tried it again, and it’s working now.

Thanks.

I find it only works for me when I am NOT connected to wifi. If I am on wifi the spinner just spins endlessly.

Cheers,
Joseph

I tried both, mobile data and wifi, it wouldn’t work on either.

Now it is working on both.

It’s doing it again.

I’m not going to try fix it this time as I suspect it’s at Skinny’s end so see it comes right by it self.

Be interested to know if just me though, iPhone 6 latest firmware etc.

Don’t need it at moment but applic is easier way of purchasing binge data. Think there’s a text way of doing as well, but does not show on web page login

Sent Email to Skinny.

They told me to reinstall applic, and yes it fixed it.

The thing is this is the second time, I don’t wish to have to keep deleting and reinstalling the applic every second day.

See how long this one lasts for.

I have an iphone 6s+ on the latest ios version, skinny app works just fine on both wifi and cellular. Never had the problem you describe.

So, if the problem were on skinnys side then surely it wouldn't be working for me?

I have iOS 11.3.1, iPhone 6

If there is a fault with my phone surely other applics would be playing up to.

It fixed it straight away this time, where the other night there was a 10 minute delay after reinstalling before it started working, just hoping maybe bad data was being downloaded other night which made it unstable.

It's not just on iPhones the Skinny app is playing up on my daughter's Samsung S4 Mini as well.

We have uninstalled and reinstalled all to no avail.  Skinny works fine through the browser though, so it must be a problem at Skinny's end.

Touch wood mines been going fine since. Looks like to me a bad data download when loading it up, and once got download applic won’t connect at load.

They sent me the the instructions for Android, even though I have iPhone.

Try Uninstalling the App through Settings>Apps, or through the Google Play Store/App Store, and then reinstalling it.
Try clearing the cache/data from the App
Please be aware that this will reset the App - but the account and all of your credit will be safe!

Does uninstalling on Android clear cache etc, otherwise might need to try that.
