Have no internet.
Nothing showing on Spark’s maintenance page for Christchurch.

On ONT power green, pon green, lan1 green, and TEL1 flashing, so have no landline either.

Spark applic also confirms no connection to modem, and offered to give 20 GB to a Spark mobile.

I don’t have Spark mobile :(,

I work nights and just got home, no TV before sleep tonight. :(

Found it on Enables Page.

Planned fibre broadband outage - 11 and 12 July 2018

At 1am on Wednesday 11th and Thursday 12th July, we will be performing a routine system upgrade to ensure we continue to provide the best fibre connectivity experience. During this time, the Enable fibre broadband network will be down for a period of up to 45 minutes.

They clearly don't take us night owls into account when planning these things. I had to resort to tethering to my mobile at 2am this morning so I could continue watching BBC Knowledge.

I almost missed out on that Top Gear rerun I was desperate to watch lol

I just wished they did this sort of maintenance at 3-5pm during week days. Especially over these two weeks of school holidays as I know kids are always so tolerant of Internet outages.

this is where we all rejoice that @bartender can't influence spark maintenance times.

personally i'd prefer it happened about 6-10am, perfect sleep time!
