Anyone experiencing outage at the moment? Tried the usual resetting router etc and still nothing.

Just had an outage in Rotorua, lasted maybe 5mins, all seems to be fine now.
Well it's just come back online. Nothing on bigpipe status page. I got home at 1pm and it was down so could of been longer than that. No reply to initial email either to support.

I had an outage on spark, around that time, for approx 1/2 hour.
Interestingly, wasn't a total failure, I could fire up my vpn and internet was working ok through that.
So, just some routes affected?
Service restored while spark csr was trying to resolve, they had no idea others were affected and he was implying it was my router because i am not using the telecom supplied modem.
