just recently I get a popup window saying "Restore applications. The following applications can be restored . Remove the restore point if you do not want it to be restored". This is followed by "email: 2018 and  a trash can symbol", and the "cancel" or "continue"

Ive rung Spark and they say they have never seen this message and were no help.

Anyone else had such a message and knows the right response?

Obviously I don't want to lose all my emails
