Hi team, a bit confused by this one. Today I had my vodafone prepay ported to Spark (work phone) and everything seems okay except I can’t receive texts from some companies. Have been trying to authenticate with ASB, BNZ, Uber, Google (new phone so have to sign into apps again) but I don’t receive their SMS messages. I seem to receive my families txts okay - they are all on 2degrees. Any advice? It’s been about four hours since number port.

Hey so bulk of my services are working now. Just seems to be Kiwi bank that can’t send me verification SMS messages. Any other advice or ways to force through anything?

What’s a reasonable time frame you reckon? Another day or a week? I’m okay waiting would like to know what is “normal”. For the record I’ve ported my number several times over the last 10 years when changing jobs and it’s always been sorted within hours so this is unusual.
