I am wondering where i can access actual physical site locations for all of Telecoms sites in the South Island and eventually in the north?

i am hoping to locate sites for directional antenna pointing across the country.

I have been told you can get GPS Locations but i am unsure - if you have any ideas please PM me if this needs to be kept low key

My thought would be the Radio Spectrum Managment website
www.rsm.govt.nz

Check out Spectrumonline under the resources menu
or http://spectrumonline.med.govt.nz/

By entering in the location, and the lower & upper frequencies (of the network you want info on), you should be able to find them.
It will also give you the location details. i dont know how accurate this is but the location is given in the form of
Latitude:
-39.6826540
176.8203430

I dont know much about geography but that looks like an accurate figure to me. I havent checked it though in google earth.

If you are interested in radio scanning, the spectrumonline website is awesome for figuring out what your radio scanner has picked up.
