Greetings

I live in a rural area that I know has Skinny/Spark 4G network coverage - im on Skinny Mobile and a friend on the same property uses a modem to access Spark 4G wireless.
When I input my address on the Skinny website to get Wireless Broadband it says its not available and wont let me continue.
Is it possible to somehow get onto Skinny somehow anyway I know Spark4G is available and presumably once I have a modem I can access that?
Im thinking to buy a 2nd hand Skinny Modem off TradeMe and use that?
Any thoughts peoples?

Sounds like you are in a Rural area, Skinny don't do Fixed wireless in Rural coverage areas, only urban.

Have you tried the Spark website and putting in your address to see what happens?

Buying a 2nd hand Skinny modem off Trademe will still not get you 4G access as you are rural

Ring Skinny and ask. I recently dumped Vodafone for them and they couldn't have been more helpful.

@jancor Unhelpful advice when we have already advised Skinny does not do rural 4G!

Clearly you are not in a rural location or did you move to just normal Skinny mobile?

I AM rural, and on 4G. It pays to ask them

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Free setup code: R587125ERQ6VE. Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

Where are you? (Don't need an actual address)
