We have multiple clients not getting emails in... and clients having troubles getting emails to spark based email clients. Almost total black it in some clients with even inter-account emails on same email account getting killed silently.

The mail server logs show nothing usable for diagnosis other than a spam detected message.

Talking with other mail providers who are seeing the same issue across multiple clients.

No common pattern s seen

@spark .. We could use some help resolving this as the emails don't even end up in the junk bin but are just dropped.

Thanks

Not in the last week this has hit home today. Something new had just been implemented.

I seriously question why anybody would still want to be using a Spark email address in this day in age.

Yes moving is incredibly painful, but not as painful as email that simply doesn't work properly, and hasn't done for the past few years.

I can assume SMX have made changes that have affected something, but issues have been ongoing for weeks and weeks.

The problem is that so many people do, including businesses, because people can't be bothered moving, and it is free. It is sometimes good for ISPs too, because it creates a stickiness that makes people think twice about moving to another ISP, as it can be a hassle to change email address. But I know businesses who use mailchimp to send emails to xtra email customers, whose emails sometimes get through, and sometimes they don't, and they have all the various things setup correctly.

This is where mail in the cloud is an excellent thing. I can email from my domain over to Xtra / SMX absolutely no problems (using Gsuite) and don't ever have to worry about this sort of thing.
