Hi - Are there any Spark reps on here that could possibly assist with an issue I've had with a phone being returned from Spark/Telegistics with "what" appears to be tool damage. 

Telegistics denying they use any tools that could cause damage to housing (Looks like a gouge mark).

Courier not accepting liability.

Spark shop in denial.

No action/update from the complaint I emailed to spark..

I'm assuming the only option I'm left with is the disputes tribunal which I assume will become a he said/she said. If Only I'd taken photos in advance.

Any advice/help wold be appreciated.
