I have a fiber connection but experiencing some speed issues.

I am also experiencing disconnection with fiber recently. Is this normal?

Can't accurately gauge connection speeds from wireless let alone a mobile device.
You would need to do checks from a cabled PC and if W10, the speedtest app
No disconnections is not normal and are you only testing over Wi-fi?

What exactly is disconnecting, how do you know? What router, how many devices, which ones are problematic, what troubleshooting have you done, have you contacted Spark?
im also suffering slow speeds on Spark's Fibre Max product - testing over Ethernet using windows 10 app.
