So back when I got my fibre installed I was paying around $115.00 per month for the 100mb plan, think that was all that was available at the time and was one a 24 month contract with free installation etc.
Now my contract is nearly almost up and was looking at the plans and currently I am looking at around $75 a month for the 120 gig plus plan, which is $40 cheaper than what I am paying now... Ofcourse this is not the entertainment package because apparently i can't claim the Netflix gift if I already have on a previous contract, which makes Lightbox far less appealing as its kind of lame and I only watch Better Call Saul and Vikings on it for an entire year.
Is there a catch or something? I am getting exactly the same product minus the two entertainment subscriptions that were free anyway... Like does the plan have shaped speeds? I am slightly confused.
Last i read broadband prices were supposed to be going up, not down.
