I have a WordPress blog, mainly for family stuff. Emails are sent to subscribers when posts are added but today emails to five recipients@xtra.co.nz have been rejected.

The response from the remote server was:

554 5.7.1 Message rejected due to possible spam content

Can I "fix" this?

Contact the Business Technical support team (126) they will take your example and look at a solution with SMX.

126 then what? There do not seem to be any applicable options.

I also tried spark.co.nz/chat but the "chatbot" didn't understand me.

Thanks, I got through to a Complex Support Specialist

She was very helpful and sent me this email:-

"I have escalated your details to our hosting team case xxxxx once I have an update, I will let you know."
