OK this is now a race between online chat and the phone..... (waiting 30 minutes so far....)

 

I received an email a month ago that they are disconnecting my xtra email account unless I relink it.   So , I relinked it, and receive a note confirming that.   

 

 

 

So I was surprised to receive the same email that they are still going to disconnect my xtra email.  Even though I relinked it to my broadband account.

The first one in mid feb, got a confirmation shortly after, then received another today. 

 

 

 

All good, chat just answered....

And problem resolved, I'll use chat in future .  

 

 

 

The email transfer process is clumsy, they seem to have 2 methods, the first doesn't work (service order lost in the post?), the second does (do it yourself through the xtra mail web interface). 

 

They should have just advised me of the second method in the first instance.

to be totally honest to you, for that question i wouldnt too.

 

 

 

The agents do have the facts to pull together a response though.

 

If i was to use their content and pull together a response it would be something like...

 

"As Spark Sports just launched it's beta, we currently only support Web, Andriod and iOS. Over the next few months further platforms will be added"
