Been trying for the last week or so to communicate with Bigpipe I’m moving my connection to a new property. They want a tenancy agreement which I’ve sent quite a few times now but for some reason Bigpipe don’t have the software to read a PDF document.

I can open it on a MAC or PC or mobile phone fine but this seems to hard for Bigpipe and emails just are the standard reply every time without any ownership.

Can someone from Bigpipe pls PM me to resolve otherwise I’ll have just have to move my connection to a provider who knows how to open a PDF.

You could always copy the address to an email.

Lol - They have the address. They want the tenancy agreement as proof I’m moving into the property for some reason.

Have you confirmed they're receiving the attachment? Maybe they're giving you generic replies because your attachment isn't making it's way to them. If the email is marked as possible spam then some services just strip the attachment.

Just specifically state you have attached a document and can they confirm if it has arrived or not. Make that the only question in the email.
If they send another generic response you have your answer that you should look elsewhere for a provider. If they are going to do email only support they need to read emails after all.

I had that from Sky once as the old tenant had an overdue account.
