Can someone tell me what the correct MX records are for a Spark Business email customer who is NOT hosted with, or using Spark nameservers? 

Can't find the info on line, can't get a sensible answer from support  

I thought they were

and

mx1.sparkbusinessmail.co.nz.

But 'm getting an error.  or either MX records missing or token mismatch
