I've recently switched to the Entertainment Unplan package (which I am very happy with!) and I keep getting notifications that I am about to hit certain data usage milestones. I use 400-600GB per month because I have three computers and a bunch of mobile devices backing up to the cloud. I know I'm going to hit the top billing tier every month, and don't need warnings. I've tried three or four times now to unsubscribe from the usage notifications but they just keep coming. I tick the box that says "please unsubscribe me" on the notifications page and it says my changes are saved. But then I get another notification, and when I go back to MySpark, the notifications are on again. Is anyone else having this issue? Do I have to remove my email address from the box altogether? It's kind of driving me nuts at the moment, lol.

I’m in a similar situation. I have text and email notifications turned off, and they remain off, but I continue to receive email notifications. Like you they’re pointless for me as I know I will always be in the top tier.

Can you both provide me your account numbers and the time you tried (retry to disable in usage notifications in myspark)

Should not be any issues here. This passed tests the other night so it's likely something unique to both of you.
