I'm looking to leave skinny unlimited fibre for another provider. Is my reading of their T&Cs correct in that I can leave anytime (without notice)?

Since payment is monthly in advance, I would like to time my leave date for the day before the start of the new billing cycle. I can't seem to find any mention of when the billing cycle is, I assume it is the day that money is deducted from my credit card.. currently 3rd of the month.

Advice appreciated.

I'd go for 3-4 days before your bill date, just to be sure they get the disconnection order in time from your gaining ISP. If you did it the day before, and they took a couple of days to talk between ISPs you will get charged another month.

 

 

 

I did this recently changing from Bigpipe to Spark. Requested connection 5 days before my Bigpipe billing date. In my case it all went through as expected, on the same dates, but I didn't want to risk a small delay just for paying for 4-5 days of broadband with two suppliers.

That's an amusing guide. I'm tempted to switch to Bigpipe after reading that!
