A client had his Galaxy S8+ stolen last weekend, he's allocated me the job of managing the process. As a final "up yours" to the thief, I want to get the handset blacklisted. Spark has a paragraph or two on blacklisting but no mention of actually how to do it. The service call rep I spoke to had no idea, the department she put me through to doesn't answer their phone - after 30 minutes I gave up on that idea.

Is there a direct source for blacklisting a Spark on-account mobile? We have all the details on hand.

Megabyte - so geek it megahertz

Call again and get someone different who might have a clue :)

Or if you know an account manager there, ask them who to talk to.

Yeah, the Service Providers are the only ones who can do the blacklisting. If the phone has been on an accoutn with Spark and you have the details, you will have no problem getting that done.
