i have a sanyo 7400 which recently the screen stoped working. i have since brought a sanyo 8400 but because the sanyos 7400 screen has stoped working i have lost all my contacts on that phone. with my sanyo 8400 came a USB cord i can plug it into my 8400 and it works fine but when pluging into my 7400 it says i need to download software for it. i have searched for software so the 7400 will work with the usb cable but have had no luck. any help would be great,
