Hi guys, quick question on 4g wireless phones , when I ring a new connection often get “ this number is not in service “ message . If I hang up and ring back it will go through, have had this issue 3 times today have rang spark and they will send out a tech this week. Is this normal for ringing a 4g wireless phone connection?

@Stu1 I would write down the exact times and dates and get the Spark tech team to investigate the release code of the incoming calls (running an actual trace on those calls) Trace can be done after

I believe sending a tech out to you will add zero value
