As the title says I have lost the ability to forward calls from my work cell phone to my personal cell phone and ONLY this number. I can forward to other mobiles and landlines just not this one. I can forward from the number in question no problem.

This all started when I reverted back from esim to physical sim yesterday. I simply can not forward calls to one number. Very odd. I have been to Spark who say there is nothing wrong with the provisioning / activation of the sim card.

Other info....... cell phone is an iPhone XS running latest official firmware 12. whatever it is.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks in advance

Get Spark to physically set it up then if they think there's nothing wrong.  They'll either get it working, or find out there's a problem they have to fix.

I have been on live chat with them yesterday and today but they maintain there is nothing wrong. No idea where to from here.

Take it to a Spark store and get them to physically do it and prove that it works.

Wondering (long shot maybe) if the company you work for has blocked that number if they get excessive billing for it / thinking you're making personal calls to it??

just something to consider, probably not that if Spark has said it should be working

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Yes thought it could be something like this but I can call the number I’m trying to forward to from the number I’m trying to forward from. I got the new iPhone Friday. Set up as new device. New eSim. The problem still remains. Absolutely bizarre. Anyway gone back to eSim now and have work sim as second line so it’s not an issue. Still got me stumped though.

DM me details, i'll check your provisioning. i suspect it's in between processes causing the confusion.

If you fwd calls from A to B and B is off then the calls should be passed back to A Voicemail

Calls go to A voicemail regardless of what B is doing.

Looks like this is all fixed now @gajan waved his magic wand and fixed it all up :)

Certainly a weird one at face value it looked all good, which would explain why agents weren't able to do it (nor were able to make it happen from their end)
