I can only dial certain numbers and no incoming calls
Same as wife but data all good

@1cloud Once again you have not posted an approx location! Are you aware the Spark network is made up of more than 1 cell site?

yup should be all fixed now, a change was made that went bad, it was pulled back out.

 

Unfortunately it impacted more than what was understood to be the impact. That's being reviewed to ensure it doesn't happen again.
