I read today that Spark and Sky are rumoured to be in talks for Spark to divest itself from Lightbox.  Spark Lightbox 

Spark recently sold Morepork to ADT Security and now it would seem Lightbox may soon be leaving the nest. A couple of weeks ago I completed a customer focus questionnaire from Spark regarding Spotify and other services and how they could be delivered to Spark customers and

I thought then that they would seem to be looking at culling some of their services. Could Spotify be next to go from their offerings when the current arrangement with Spotify is up for renewal? Could other duplicates be in the running for divestment such as Skinny. It could be that these changes are being made in order to fund their Sport Sport ventures.

It does have me thinking though that if Lightbox and Spotify were to disappear from my service the advantage would be lost and I certainly would look  for a more favourable provider as Sparks offerings are higher  priced than others without the freebies.
