All of our 5 family skinny mobile subscriptions renewed yesterday and today none of our phones are working....

Txt messages confirm all accounts topped up and plans renewed...

But plans have been removed from our phones and nothing works...

Skinny not answering calls...

Sorry to hear that! If you've been on the line for more than 5 minutes you're pretty close to the front of the queue so I'd recommend staying on, but you can also try live chat - I just tried and got through in 10 seconds. For what it's worth, my Skinny phone's been fine all day, although it's not renewal day for me. Tested in Tauranga and Whakatane.

Yes, entirely my fault in the end... although a few things threw me off.... my partners post top-up balance dropped below the plan renewal amount when she used voicemail.... so, plan didn't renew, balance was eaten by data charges. 

 

Although, my phone wasn't working either.... i checked my skinny app and it said i wasn't on a plan and my rollover data/mins were unavailable until i was on a plan... bit weird, but, apparently I was on a plan, just the app showed the wrong info. 

 

Then I had assumed all the devices had gone offline as it appeared 2 of them had. 

 

Anyways, all good, skinny are awesome and helped fix up my stupidness :)
