Friend of mine was recently talked into upgrading to fibre - spark copper to spark fibre.

Unfortunately during the migration the old copper phone voice mailbox was removed. Possibly this was not made clear to him. He was promised everything would remain the same.

He had quite a few saved important voice mail messages. 

Is it possible to recover the old messages and port them over to the new voip based phone mailbox?

Assuming gone burger!
