and look at xnet network stats
Vodafone 3G issue - possible problem calling some vodafone phones
It appears Telecom are currently testing their new 3G network. Some Vodafone mobiles appears to be switching between each 3G network trying to get service. This is causing inbound calls to some 3G vodafone mobiles to go directly to voice mail.

To fix this issue for your mobile phone:

Select 'Setting' on your phone, network, un-select automatic, select manual, then Vodafone.

This will stop the phone switching to the Telecom 3G network, which is not operational at present

If you need assistance doing this please call your Vodafone.
