Re Closure of Skinny Direct my partner has had notification that it would close but I have never seen any notification and my account just rolled over as it has done in past. Maybe the closure is staggered?

No why should I I would expect them to communicate with me if they are changing my contract. As I explained that communicated with partner which is fine but I have heard nothing so I guess I can continue using Skinny Direct

Yup got an email today. The only thing I am confused about is the email offered to move me to Skinny endless plan for $36 and with 4 Gb of data. However when I look up Skinnys plans the $36 plan offered 4.5 Gb of endless data.
What happened to the 4.5 Plan it seems they are transferring me and I am losing 1/2 Gb full speed data. Is that correct or am I missing something

Hey Ron,

 

 

 

Correct it is staggered. The 4GB bit is a typo, you will indeed get 4.5 GB as per the standard $36 plan.
