My TX-215C pantech has been having problems. It use to reset every 5 minutes unless it was charging and I mean every 5 minutes. Now it doesnt turn on or anything unless its charging and when its charging it says 'battery full'.

I only have a few pictures on my phone so I really dont know whats wrong.

Should I buy a new battery?

Are the terminals on the battery clean? If not use a pencil eraser to clean them...

Is there any sign of green residue on any of the terminals on the phone? - if so could be liquid damaged...

Lastly before you buy a battery i would try your battery on another phone to see whether it is your phone or the battery at fault

Ok i cleaned the terminals! now its turning on and resetting again.

really does sound like a dud battery, ie it stays on while charging but when not charging resets, i would suggest trying to get your hands on another battery to test. Maybe a telecom store could try one for you
