Quick question to the mobile gurus.

My wifes Okta Touch a while ago stop doing callerID.  Does anyone know why this might happen and if it is a phone setting or  carrier issue.  I am sure it used to work.

Outgoing or incoming?

Either way this is a carrier settings, just ring *123 or visit your local Telecom Store or Dealer.

OKTA Touch can sometimes not ring or display Caller ID because its busy looking up the address book to see if the number is there or not.
Always good to go into the settings in top right, check what programs are running and maybe use the spanner to set programs to close when you x on them.
Also try a soft reset then see if the caller display now works.
