Do we have someone at Spark who can help me with this ?
A client has waited weeks to have fibre installed and now it's been done their fax line has been put against the ONT and not their landline.
They don't need the fax number anymore but they need the landline number asap.
Chorus left saying it's working and there's nothing they can do and I've been waiting on hold for 30 minutes with 126.
