Hi all,

I am switching from 2Degrees fibre to Skinny fibre on Monday. Will this still go ahead during lockdown? Does it require chorus to do anything physically or is everything done remotely? As my concern is we get stuck in limbo with 2Degrees ending the service and Skinny not being activated.

Im doing similar, BigPipe to 2D, and asked about it - because its considered an essential service, it will be completed in theory.

If you're changing from one provider to another for your fibre connection, it's all done remotely.

And now seems @2degrees are lost with my request.... doh. Got message advising my mobile is not on their network - umm yeah, that's because I want broadband, not mobile :D
