Hi,

I have moved my email across from a yahoo account to an xtra account using the email migration tool.  The tool seemed to work pretty well bringing across my contact and the email I have stored in folders.  However it didnt bring over my sent mail folder, and seems to also randomly keep bringing across a couple of emails I had in my inbox that it already has brought across.

Any ideas how I get my sent email across, and whether randomly bringing across inbox email will continue?

Thanks

Mike.

Not sure as I've never used the tool, however at a guess.

Create a local folder on your email client
Move sent items to that folder
Transfer that folder
Move the contents to sent items.
