I haven't been able to connect to the online game Genshin Impact for the last couple of hours, because I keep getting a reconnecting to server error every 20 seconds. I thought it was my internet (BigpPipe), so I restarted the ONT box/modem, but the issue keeps persisting. So I tried using my mobile data (Spark) and it doesn't work either. My internet is completely fine otherwise.

If I connect using a VPN or my partner's mobile data (Vodafone), the game works just fine. So I believe the issue must be Spark/Bigpipe related, as I have the same problem using wifi, lan cable and mobile data.

I see some people on Twitter using Spark internet who are also having the same issue, but people with 2degrees internet are not.

EDIT: Some people using Skinny internet also say it is not working for them.
