Does anyone know where I can find the instructions for changing from a pay monthly plan to a prepaid plan? On the website I can only find instructions for the reverse.

[Spark is "closing" (their words) my current plan and putting me on a new one which provides less service for the same money. I've worked out that based on my usage, I can reduce my monthly bill by 34% by moving to a prepaid plan.]

Call SparkNZ if you can not find the option on the website

I found it easier to port to another telco on prepay than stay with the same one I had the postpay with. They really want to get people on post pay so make going the other way as hard as possible. If I have to call to do it and stay, but can port online without calling, I will change provider.

I ported from Spark Post to Skinny Pre as it gave me the best savings, based on my usage - plus I could "just do it" online. May or may not be the best option for you of course.

Thanks for the replies, I'll let you know how I get on. Frustrating that they make this so hard.
