It does vary, depending on what billing cycle your connection is on.
You can easily find out by opening the usage meter and looking at the 'Usage for:' field. In the example below, I would get a new allocation on the 6th.
Its also on your bill as well - it should state the dates of your monthly broadband billing cycle.
