Hi, I'm trying to do this with my wifes Motorola. I have both sims in the phone and have sent the 2 degrees Sim number on the skinny site as requested but no message sent to confirm. I'm not sure what to do next

Did you send the port in request after 6PM? If so I believe it will be processed 8AM tomorrow. This is what happened when I moved from 2degrees to Spark so I assume it could be the same case for other providers.

I did tonight but I have also tried yesterday daytime. I was expecting a message from 2 degrees like a yes no message

The yes or no SMS to port is from the TCF not the LSP

Thank you for the number.
This has worked with my own phone on pay monthly, my wife is on prepay and hers didn't work. I thought I would put her one thru on monthly as then I could enter a 2 degrees account number.
After this I was able to put my request thru, albeit as pay monthly and I received an acknowledgement

So will post here how I go.

Skinny phone support worked. It took me a few attempts tho.
