Been trying for a week to contact support and have had no response at all?

Tried email, chat app and FB message.

Trying to get a second connection sorted but time is running out so only option I can see is changing providers...

Any clues what is going on (or not going on as the case may be).

They've been on a downwards spiral for years now basically being replaced by Skinny.

Personally, I'd recommend Skinny over BigPipe (same product, cheaper, phone and chat support however no static IP) else Voyager ($15 once off Static IP charge, includes a free /56 IPv6 range).

Spark just need to fully pull the pin on BigPipe and migrate customers over. Seems silly they're still around.
