...the techies (from my provider) I speak to on the phone don't seem to be able to troubleshoot my issue properly and are more concerned about the light colors on the modem.

 

 

 

from yesterday around midday the internet crapped itself and is still not been resolved after hours on the phone yesterday and again this morning.

 

 

 

Its a wireless broadband connection for us here in the rural cantenbury area.

Not enough info to help.  Is it VDSL?  Looks like corrosion....if it's fibre though....

Not sure whos hear you whispered into but it seems to  be resolved, THANK YOU! With all the testing, I did find a better sport (just 1m) from where my modem used to sit but with fastly better speeds.

 

 

 

I am pretty sure the below is pretty good for a wireless broadband connection here in the wop wops
