Hello,
Anyone know when the Xtra DNS servers are refreshed?
Trasferred a domain away from them months ago and it turns out they still hold a zone file for it!
Their helpdesk says every four hours, but four hours has been and gone and they are still serving up stale DNS to their customers.
Cheers

Common problem I've run into with ISPs.

Ring their helpdesk, ask to be put through to domains, and ask them to refresh their DNS for your domain name.  In the past, my dealings with that department has been much, much better than dealing with their general support.

I agree, front line staff might not know how do deal with your query, I would ask for technical support specify how long its been since you moved what domain it is and where you see the error.
I.E. you see it on alien and terminator but not x,y or z.

The more info you have and the more insistent you are the better off you will be...

Camo786: What is complex support? Ive never heard of it. Is it purely for domains/dns etc? or is it a direct line to a higher level tech support for general broadband problems?

Edit: Never mind, i found out :)
